Ascendo: The Glow Up Ebook is a digital product delivered instantly after purchase. Because the complete content is available to you immediately after checkout, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order is completed.

Why no refunds?

A digital book cannot be "returned" — once downloaded, it is yours forever. This policy protects our work and keeps the price low for everyone.

Your consent

By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)).

Something wrong with your file?

If your download link does not arrive, does not work, or the file is damaged or incomplete, contact us at lumiveno@proton.me within 14 days of purchase and we will fix it or send you a fresh copy — that is a promise.

This policy does not affect any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
